This Policy explains how SLV Labs LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains information for App Championship.
We collect account and authentication information from Clerk and, when selected, Apple or Google; profile, product, vote, eligibility, support, and public website/app-store metadata; visitor-presence IDs; security hashes; and email delivery and suppression information.
We use Replit, Clerk, Cloudflare, Resend, Better Stack, and other providers to operate, secure, support, and monitor the Service. Resend handles service and support email delivery. Better Stack may publish service-status information. We do not store full payment-card numbers or CVVs.
Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a cookie-free RUM beacon for aggregate page and performance information; it does not access cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. Cloudflare receives source IP in ordinary network handling and states it discards it at the nearest data center. Turnstile helps protect public flows from automated abuse.
Account deletion deletes the Clerk identity and deletes or de-identifies local direct identifiers, removes profile-product associations, and invalidates pending drawing entries. Finalized results, aggregate totals, shared product records, security, fraud, payment, tax, dispute, audit, legal, backup, suppression, and de-identified records may remain when necessary, with identifiers removed where possible. SLV Labs owner/legal decision-makers determine retention periods and legal holds; no fixed period is promised. Request deletion through Account or support@app-champion.com.
