The fine print
These Terms govern use of App Championship, operated by SLV Labs LLC. They incorporate the Privacy Policy, which explains information handling, including cookie-free aggregate analytics.
Anyone may browse public pages. To create or use an account, vote, submit or associate a product, participate in a promotional feature, or purchase a Matchup Spot, you must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of legal majority where you live. These activities may be available outside the United States only where legally permitted. Matchup Spot purchases are also available only where supported by the selected payment processor; availability is not promised in every country.
You may delete your account through the Account page. Deletion is subject to the Privacy Policy’s retention provisions, including retention of transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal records when necessary. The Privacy Policy also describes how the Service handles information and analytics.
Public submission is separate from paid-placement eligibility. Eligible products may include apps, websites, SaaS products, AI tools, and other accepted products. A paid placement requires an eligible product and an authorized product promoter; checkout may be completed as a guest with a contact email.
Signed-in eligible users may vote under the displayed matchup rules. Voter App of the Day is a separate U.S.-only promotion governed by its Official Rules; no purchase or Matchup Spot activity changes drawing odds.
Public Matchup Spots determine which eligible product receives a promotional challenger placement. Spots are offered at a published posted price with scheduled price decreases; there is no bidding. Starting checkout places a two-minute hold. A selected payment processor will process payment information; we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers or CVVs. The payment provider must approve payment before App Championship captures it before the displayed deadline or final-reconciliation cutoff. A purchase does not buy votes or guarantee traffic, results, or placement performance. The Matchup Spot Rules are incorporated into these Terms.
